Does this apply for those who aren't with Bell mobile? I have Bell Fibe TV, but I cannot access live TV (RDS/CBC) if I'm using 3g or Wifi that isnt my home.

That I don't know, I have all my services with Bell and basically the only reason is it involves the Habs lol.

Actually I think you have to call to add it, there is also a mobile self serve app that I think you can use as well to order, I pay $5 extra a month for 10 hours of tv, have never come close to using that much.

I have the same thing, but when i open the app it says i have to go to mybell.ca to make it work but i don't know what to do...

I think you have to create an account through mybell that links to your tv/cell/internet account. You then enter that info into the app and that's how they know what content you qualify for I believe. I did this a while ago so hopefully it's still the same.
