Nah, I think they know better now. There's absolutely no reason to cheer against the habs right now other than the desire to be proven right. And that's a terribly sad position to have painted yourself into. Imagine not being able to enjoy Habs wins because you spent last two months amusing yourself crapping on the team, on the coach, and on players. Like being giddy about it. So yeah, now they want in on the fun. They'll wait a few games before coming out of the woodworks. Some are already reluctantly coming back and posting through it.

We outplayed them but we couldn't capitalize on our chances. Good looking loss, we ran into a hot goalie 40-25 shots in our favour. Can't win them all.

Bruins losing to Leafs tonight helps TB, Ottawa & Montreal. Lol

Montreal is only 5 pts back of them now with 2 games in hand.

Ottawa, CBJ & Pens are all at 40 pts. Sens hold 2 games in hand on both, though.

Montreal one pt back of Ottawa. If we can beat Canucks on Monday, we'll jump Ottawa, but they'll have 2 games in hand on us.

Still, I'd rather be the chased than chasee.

Ottawa will play Detroit & Buffalo, while we're off for 3 days, so by Friday we'll see where we are at.

Habs were not a constant at dead last, they roamed the bottom 5 and there is a difference in point and point % (which means Habs played more games early).

Anyhow, Habs dead last this season:
