All of our competitors have tough games tonight:

Avs @ Bruins, 1 PM
Leafs @ Sens, 7 PM
TB @ Detroit, 7 PM
Kings @ CBJ, 7 PM
Important game tonight we don't want to start stringing the wrong kind of streak together.
Our schedule isn't great with Winnipeg and Minnesota coming in to end the month.
Then we head out to the west coast with 3 in 4 and end the segment with those traditional afternoon B2B's. I haven't liked our game lately and a bad stretch between now and the break will hurt our chances.

Turned it on halfway through the 3rd period and could just feel that was going to happen.
LOL
I watched most of the third only to ask myself what am I doing this in January for?
We have to take care of our games because we can't count on anything else to go our way.

Lehkonen with a weak one on Swayman to give the Avs a 1-0 lead. He now has 19 goals in 38 games
Lehkonen had many opportunities here. But he has proven to be a Zach Hyman, Pascal Dupuis type - he can complement the best players on the planet like few can. Good for him.

It was one of our weaker trades and so far the return has been Le Barron we used to get Carrier and the 2nd used to get Hage. Not bad.

Bruins tie it 25 seconds into the 3rd
We got Geekied in this one. As bad as Boston has been we know they can get on a significant roll.
They have some key defenders out I'm trying to imagine our team in the same situation. We are on a razor thin edge as far as the post season goes. Both The Bruins and the Rangers can turn it around at any time and will probably both be active at TDL that's a Huge advantage IMO.

Only Tampa failed. Habs falling back.

Even the best WC teams can't help us.
CBJ and Boston won against LA and Col.
The top EC teams also struggle against the teams in the mix as both Carolina and Toronto lost

Other teams in the mix are on fire and are unstoppable right now.

This is so frustrating.
