While I appreciate the effort to make things easier on me, I didn't even volunteer yet!

I messed around a little bit more and changed the third frame to a picture reflecting the solved puzzle rather than Matt solving it to alleviate more tiny typography, but here are my thoughts:

It's a great idea kaneone, but I think for the Photoshoppers there are some issues. First the lettering is going to be too small in the non-sponsor version and very hard to read. Second there will probably be a size issue with the varying amount of data and keeping it under 19.1k. Third and most importantly changing the puzzle board and adding the letters for a different puzzle per person is going to be incredibly tedious. Not to mention people are bound to pick puzzles that are way too big. Some of the ideas being thrown around here are already not taking in to account size issues.

Kev, I also thought of your idea of Photoshopping player heads on top of Matt saying they'd like to solve the puzzle, as it would be more comical having Tortorella guessing "FI_E TO_TO_E__A," so on and so forth, but that is also tedious for the person doing the work. However not nearly as tedious as changing the board for a different puzzle.

Overall unless someone can come up with a solution for the typography being illegible and the tedium of changing the puzzle on every avatar to something different, I don't think this one is worth the effort. Especially since this is only a playoff push.

You could put the puzzle part of the animation in the signatures which would alleviate the reading the small letters but then everyone would need to spend 12 bucks.
