Went back to the one with the Cup-engraved hashtag, but fixed up a few things. We can't use twitter handles since not everyone on the Kings has one, so I put name and number. Here are some samples:

Any suggestions? Is the last panel too busy? What would you change/add/simplify?

They look great. The image changes maybe too quickly, Im not sure. BTW I just noticed that there's #77 instead of #10 on the Richards one.

#onlyscoresinblowouts for Carter also?
 
Can I have one of the cup engraving ones for Sutter with the hashtag #justafarmer

What software did you use to make those gifs? And how in earth you made those awesome engraving images? Mad photoshop skills :)?

Ha I forgot to change Richards' number, and yeah I can slow them down. If everyone likes these I'll start going back through this thread and making them. Things could still change though, who knows what will happen in the next 5 games. Maybe we'll come up with a whole new theme.

There might be a better way, but I use photoshop. There's different effects (shadow, bevel, etc) you can add to text to make it look like that, and I overlayed it on top of an edited picture of the cup.

The quality suffers when getting it down under 20kb. You can see how much better it could look with the larger one. But I think it works.

Photoshop has the "Turn Frames into Slides" option for making animated GIFs.

I would be into helping to make these if KK gets too busy. I definitely don't want to steal his thunder. I'd just need the PSD file.

Yeah if it's anything like last year I'm going to need some help! I'll have to clean up the photoshop file I'm using. It has a lot of trial and error unused layers. I can also share some of the technical info to anyone who wants to help out.
 
Is something about Dwight King eating babies as funny as I think it is?
 
Does having Dan Moriarty with #whatdidyousee? make any sense? If not I think having a picture of one of Sutter's fist pumps with #fistpump would be pretty cool.:laugh:
