You may not like him, he’s still a 5/6 dman on a NHL team, He’a a better player then Mete / Benn who are our other options right now.More room for Holl is not a good thing
I’m sorry to tell but it’s really not . Muzzin is injured half the time and I can’t even remember who the fourth D was but it doesn’t even matter if it’s one of Gio, Lil or Holl. Reilly is more like a #2…Umm yes.
Except it really is. You're either underrating what we have or overrating what other teams have.I’m sorry to tell but it’s really not.

I’m not saying it’s a bad defense but it’s it excellent. No one is scared of the defense whether it be from a physical standpoint or even and offense standpoint. They are good defense at best
Hernia? Oh boy. They say that you can overcome this type of thing, but I imagine Liljegren is in for a tough season. At worst he might be chasing the season with his health and conditioning.Hernia Surgery. Brutal.
Jesus christ this is the last thing I wanted to hear... I really hope it doesn't mean he will be chasing the game the entire yearNot back until mid-November.... 6 weeks minimum. Not great news at all.
Hernia surgery will clean the issue up though and you typically shouldn’t have repeat issues afterwards.Jesus christ this is the last thing I wanted to hear... I really hope it doesn't mean he will be chasing the game the entire year
Anyone know what engvall has?
Hernia blows because it's hard to do stuff while rehabbing as well
My guess is that this hernia was something he was dealing with through at the end of the 2021-22 season and they gave it the summer months to see if it healed itself without surgery.
Not too bad then. Appreciate itAnkle injury. Should be about 2 weeks.
WHAT! I want some if whatever you are drinking. The Leafs have one of the best dcorps in hockey.

In their prime maybe Gio and TJ would have made us that, but not now. The best we can hope for is Keefe not over working them and playing Sandin and Lili lots of minutes so they can develop. I like TJ and Gio as playoff guys but not 18/20 min season long guys.
Yeah, Craig Button pointed out our defence as a weakness. We don't have a Makar or a Hedman so we need to make up for it with overall depth.WHAT! I want some if whatever you are drinking.

My point exactly. They played well in playoffs, and need to be managed to from them there in good shape. These guys are all over 32 and reaching area where injuries happen and do not heal quickly. They are not big, not tough and rely on legs. Keefe has to manage their games, do only Reilly is capable of large minutes. Lili and Sandin must be given time so their game and confidence can develop. How old do you think TJ is, exactly?
Muzz-Brodie absolutely dominated Tampa's top liners as a top matchup pairing in these past playoffs.
Gio won the Norris 4yrs ago, hasn't played less than 20mpg since his rookie year, and is our #4 dman, though will be pushed hard for that spot by Sandin and Lilly, two kids with top pair upside who dominatted soft bottom pair usage in their first full seasons.
