G Jake Allen
D Carl Gunnarsson

St. Louis receives:
G Marc-Andre Fleury

Pittsburgh is free to protect Murray, and if Vegas selects Allen, they have two more years of Gunnarsson for defensive depth. If Allen stays, he can play the small end of a 50-30 split with Murray that keeps both fresh, and he's signed for four more years after this one.

Blues get a goaltender capable of playing 65 games with Cup experience who's signed for two more years, and free up playing time on their back end for some combination of Lindbohm, Bortuzzo, and Schmaltz.

Our team sucks. I'd wonder if Price could save us. Goaltending is an issue but its compounded by abysmal offense and defense that has basically said "**** it"

Allen hasn't been great but bringing Fleury in isn't going to solve anything. Our entire team is bad pretty much from top to bottom.

So...again...not interested in Fleury. I'd rather go for a forward.

Pens have been killed by goaltending in the playoffs for years. Murray is going nowhere.

Pretty much any thread I've seen on here so far this month has indicated no one really knows how to fix the Blues with a plausible roster change. There's so many players giving a subpar performance getting rid of Hitchcock is just going to be simpler.
