Nash thinks he was booed because of the turnover that led to the goal. Rick... that was the culmination of it. You've sucked for weeks now, just say it. People will probably respect you a bit more.

NBC doesn't set the schedule. They set the time.

The schedule is set by the NHL and the arenas have to be available for a reasonable schedule to be worked out.

And both arenas did/do have reasonable schedules.

Part of the problem is that MONTREAL'S arena was booked Monday night, and God forbid a game not be played. Oh wait, I worked that out too.

This is NOT the game to defend Hank. He played like **** tonight. If he plays tonight like he did in Game 2, we're most likely 2-2 in the series or in OT right now. He let in 3 horrible goals.

Regardless if that puck hit Staal, Lundqvist was not prepared. He fell back in the net. He should have been ready. Our team is built in such a way that we need him to make those amazing saves, and steal games, and if he doesn't, then it's not enough for us to advance. That's just the simple truth of it.

It was truly a team loss. Usually we can find a number of guys that played well. I can only think of Boyle. Maybe Hagel in to an extent with the nice take away and goal.

It's amazing how bad the rest were from the net out.

STOP with the damn excuses!

Game 2 could have been played Monday night in Pittsburgh
Game 3 could have been played tonight
Game 4 could have been scheduled for Saturday night
Game 5 could have been scheduled for Monday night in Pittsburgh
Game 6 could have been scheduled for the 14th at MSG
Game 7 could have been scheduled for the 16th in Pittsburgh

It's absolute horse**** that the Rangers and to a lesser extent, Pittsburgh got *** ****** by NBC.

Okay. You're right, it's a conspiracy. NBC and the NHL put their heads together to stop one of the biggest markets from advancing to the next round because that would really hurt their ratings.

Well that's true, but Hank did play like **** as well.

This is what I've been saying, their compete level has been an abomination whenever they trail in the 3rd.

A big part of our leadership got shipped to Tampa along with a first and second for the tiny invisible man.

I don't think there is anyone in that room who leads.

Was this game their worst? They were awful but they were awful in game 6 against the Flyers and game 2 of this series. No heart and a small team is not built to win in the playoffs.

Yes.

It was one of the worst Ranger playoff games I've ever had the displeasure of watching. They had one energetic shift with about 5 mins left in the first period. One shift. The lack of intensity was beyond reproach.

I'll defend Hank...

If the team knew how to score on the PP, the team wouldn't be fatigued and defeated because they would've won the Philly series in 5/6. You can say Hank had a bad game today... The series should be 3-1 Rangers, right? A goalie can't win if the team doesn't score for two games.
