Great goaltending in that period. **** defence and useless offence. So many passengers standing around. No wonder this team has 0 win streaks since late November. Goaltending has not let us down during this dreadful stretch nearly as much as offence and poor coverage/awful giveaways. The lack of superstar, Vezina-winning defence has let us down perhaps. But like 1/5 of the league gets that kind of netminding at all. We shouldn't be built only to win with miraculous goaltending. The problem is Therrien's system and some of the players in it. Not Condon, Scrivens, etc.

They're thinking too much, taking too long to make those passes. In past when the Habs were good they made quick passing plays on the fly - it was automatic - no thoughts required.
