Not expecting much but it can't hurt to have him play, well, it could but probably not.

I don't think its desperation at all, this guy was on of the best players in the regular season. He's also the fastest guy on the team (aside from Hags) the diffrence is, hes not a pu$$*.

Full disclosure, I think the poster you're responding to has some sort of weird vendetta against Kreider. I don't disagree with your post, but calling Hagelin out like that might going be a bit far. Don't you remember when he threw that vicious elbow to Alfredsson's face? :sarcasm:

I just want to see Kreider flatten Crosby with a clean hit, that would make my night. Hockey gods, pls.
 
He's been sorely missed all playoffs. This team has desperately needed a forward who can go out and create chaos, we all know Nash won't.

I DO remember lol. I think if Kreider plays, and plays well the Rangers feed off of that.
 
IF Kreider does play, I don't want him on the 1st line. There's no way he can pull 1st line minutes when he just had his 1st full practice this AM.
 
I expect him to be a non factor but will happily eat crow. Think he's missed to much time and it will take him a few games to get back in the swing of things. He should be rounding into form by game six if it goes that far.
 
I want:

1st line: MSL - Richards - Nash
2nd line: Pouliot - Brass - Zuke
3rd line: Hagelin - Stepan - Kreider
4th line: Boyle - Moore - Carcillo

I think Boyle has been one of our best players these playoffs, he`s actually hitting other players, being rough and using his size well, compared to regular season. I predict a goal from him tonight.
 
Desperation or not, it all comes down to what the docs say. If they say Kreider can play, he plays.

If docs say it's too soon, and they still play him, then we can talk about real desperation.

I will be happy if he can use his speed to back off the d on the rush, win some battles in the corners, and cause some disruption in the crease. If he does those things it should open up space for his linemates to really make plays.

What I'm happy about is he puts Nash back on RW.

I will be happy if he does those things too.
 
After those two enormous chances for Zucc last game, you gotta believe he is due to score tonight.

Need to win. Loose and it´s over.

This. Really like these lines. Due to AV consistently rolling with 9 forwards, the 2nd and 3rd lines are interchangeable.

As much as I do like this, MSL will continue to be offsides alot. His current linemates are slow as hell and that wont help. He needs kreids or hags with him. Thats why I say return Kreider to stepan and Nash and MSL with richie and hags. Also carcillo on 4th line for dorsett

If Kreider wasn't injured I'd agree. But as I mentioned in another post, he literally hasn't played for a few weeks. It'll take a few games to get back in rhythm, a few games we don't have right now. But yeah, I can def **** with switching Hags and MSL. Just not liking Kreider on the top line, so soon after coming back. If he has a monster game tonight (if he plays), then I'd absolutely do your idea for game 5.

Hags- Richie- Nash
MSL- Step- Kreider
Poo-Brass-MZA
