Doesn't that just add more to the cap? If they just got rid of Carlo for Shattenkirk they'd be hurting, let alone adding Lando.

1. It's a super deal for Boston

2. Carlo & a high end prospect like DeBrusk or Heinen and the cap of Beleskey for Landeskog

3. I would be wrong again but I'm sure I could spin this off

He reminds me so much of Hamilton and that is not a bad thing he's a good player just not $7 M

It's been said that asking price for Duchene is a good young player (Carlo) a first rounder and a prospect.

I'd imagine it's fairly close for Lando as well.

It can't be outrageous

Shattenkirk to come to Boston with this right side D is not a priority

He's basically Dougie Hamilton ~ a bit more edgier and experienced

Maybe Boston keeps Carlo but they would need to move McQuaid & Beleskey

I don't want to lose Carlo either. I really think his solid play last year took many people by surprise, and then it was just kind of expected after a while. He stumbled a little towards the end of the season but he's clearly a top 4 guy, and possibly a future top pairing.

But if he goes and Landeskog comes back, I'll be good with that. Landeskog is a special player who had a bad year IMO.
