We made it to the ECF!!!! WOOO!!

Now we shift our attention to the Montreal/Boston series. Who would you rather face?

Both are awful match ups, but I just don't see how any sane person can ask for Boston. We can win our home games against Montreal, we just have to steal one on the road... And with Henrik at the top of his game, not even Montreal ice scares me right now.

Montreal. I don't care about our record in the Bell Centre; there's a chance the Bruins would manhandle us physically, not to mention they're the better team.

I'd rather face Habs but playing in Montreal will be tough. Not sure if that will be any easier than Boston. We handled Boston all season in 2012 if we could find that touch again might be easier.

Boston

Hank is good against them and we suck at Montreal.

Either way it will be a tough series

Montreal.

Hank's career numbers at Pittsburgh weren't the greatest, yet, he did just fine this series. I'm not really worried about him playing at the Bell Centre.

I think Boston would manhandle us physically, and just have more depth and are the better team.

Both will be tough. Rangers have had a hard time figuring out Price (5 career shutouts against the Rangers), while Lundqvist has traditionally struggled against Montreal. The Bruins will probably be the more physically taxing and stingier opponent. Whoever it ends up being, they have to be prepared.

One way or another, if we end up going to the SCF, we're going to have to beat one of these teams.

Boston was the best team in the NHL this year. The depth they have is amazing, a quality goaltender (who's right below Hank), a guy by the name of Lucic (who's always a pain in the neck), and they're the most physical team in the NHL. I think the rivalry between Boston and Montreal is a huge factor as to why it's gone to 7 games.

I'd rather play Montreal. I really think the key with Montreal is to NOT give them any power plays. They're lethal on the PP.

Id say the Habs, but man the last game the Bruins looks bad. Tierd and slow. I say it does not matter. This is OUR year

the ECF arent easy no matter what team. Cant be scared to play teams. the rangers have really come together for teh frsit time in a while. We can roll 4 lines and our goalie is in the zone. Hopefully nash and stepan will play better because if they do we will be in great shape
