You obviously don’t want to lose him & he probably would have bounced back to his normal self as the year went on but Acuna up to this point in the season was playing mediocre for his standards. The Braves were still playing like an elite team despite that.

So I do think they’ll still comfortably make the playoffs even without him. Acuna & Strider both gone though it’s probably gonna be hard for them to catch the Phillies though for the division title.

It was very questionable at the time and proved a bad decision. Really sucks this team has like 30m+ tied into Casty and walker who aren't major league players right now
