I am now fully convinced that the only way the Phillies are going to turn it around is if they lose the Division lead. They need to get the desperation back in their play, but the rest of the division seems to suck too much to let that happen. So they are just going to limp along and lose in the Wild Card round and then do nothing in the offseason again because Dombrowski stopped making impactful moves the second the ink was dry on the Turner contract.

Also, they REALLY need to fire Kevin Long.
