Other Sports: Philadelphia Phillies: The Road To .500 Continues Into Red October (2024 Edition)

Classic Aaron Nola..cruising and up 3-0 and gets taken deep on one bad pitch

I gotta say this feels like a frustrating "jump on them early but don't capitalize then get shut down" type loss

Get the pen up before Nola chokes this away. He's had good stuff but his mistakes are getting clobbered like 2023 Nola.

Could use a little insurance here.

Horses in the pen are well rested. Get after it. Blowing this would sting a bit, gotta admit

Is Johan Rojas clutch? My column:

I am once again here to tell you that automerge is the worst feature ever rolled out in the history of the internet

Man I hate when you hit em with a "yes sir!" on a rocket up the middle and for some f***ing reason the SS is playing behind the bag lol

Interested to see who gets the ball here

Thomson bringing in Alvarado up 8-3 to face mostly righties immediately backfires and a stress-free win is now an 8-6 game. Why would he not use Hoffman against all of those righties?! Worst bullpen manager in baseball.

All started with Albies throwing a prayer out at a 2 strike cutter and bleeding a hit through. Figures.

Help us Hoffman, you're our only hope

Honestly, half expected us to get swept this weekend, so I'll absolutely take a dub in Game 1 with the lineup we have
