Great, the Marlins traded for Josh f***ing Bell. Now we have to watch his stupid f***ing swing for 4 or 5 more games

Honestly with some of the rumors out there I'm not too upset about this deadline. With the exception of the Verlander and Scherzer deals, doesn't seem like it was a super active or impactful trade deadline. Idk what the ask was on Pham, Hernandez, etc. but I'd imagine the cost probably would have people upset about the trade. I don't think anyone believes this team is a piece or two away from anything. They got an All-Star pitcher and a young versatile guy. I would have preferred they kept Lee but he was superfluous within the Phillies org. See where we go the rest of the season and make some moves in the off-season. Go in to 2024 season with hopefully the real Trea Turner and maybe Abel or McGarry are ready for prime time. Rhys back at 1st and Harper back in RF.
