Yea. I mean I don't care if he's happy_face, sad_face, or plain_face on the field... but some of the stuff this past series seemed a bit odd. There was that one at bat where his body language and mannerisms were just strange and I don't think he even swung. Then you see him not running out a ball, and then beating out an infield hit in a different at bat. Diving into the stands.

It's been a kinda bipolarish experience watching Harper this past week.

It's not position adjusted so just comparing hitters for what they do at the plate, not where they play in the field.

I.E. Marsh is 14% above average compared to other hitters in July. Castellanos is 57% below average compared to other hitters in July.

If Cave is basically gonna play LF when Harper plays 1B, and 1B when harper DHs...then Bellinger makes the most sense to target bc he can essentially do that role and do it better.

they need another rotation arm and a guy that can just pure hit and walk and be a general PITA to opposing pitchers

How the hell does Thomson not challenge that catch? It was obvious within seconds it rolled out.


Someone watching the tv feed shoulda been able to tell him immediately to challenge it. *THEN* you had like a 5+ minute delay because the outfielder hurt himself on that play. Which meant he had even more time to review it before play started. It makes absolutely no sense.
