The biggest difference between Fangio and Gannon to me is that Fangio disguises his Man calls unbelievably well and goes to them more often. Yes, both will give up yardage to limit big plays. But safe does not mean passive.

It sure as hell can't hurt to have that guy helping, but disguised Man coverages are where I'll be looking for the obvious Fangio influences.
