He was just talking about the fact that he doesn't like losing right before this and denying he said anything about leaving, so the most logical interpretation is that he is saying the latter, not the former.

There's probably a middle area here. His response is "I never said I want out", but that doesn't mean he didn't go to the GM and tell them things need to change and if they don't, his future is here is uncertain. Scott Morrow is RD. He's no Dahlin but projects as a better Torey Krug (game-wise not height-wise, Morrow is 6'3). Svechnikov is a forward and should help with play-driving and I feel like he would thrive in a system that doesn't require a lot of back-checking. He is a good forechecker but is having trouble finishing and turns the puck over too much. However, I believe on the right team he could be a really good player.

Not necessarily, Dahlin may look to go around Adams straight to Pegula. Essentially, fix this f***ing team you numbskull. I do genuinely believe he wants to stay here and play his whole career here. He just wants to get the team moving forward and if Adams won't he'll go up the chain if need be.

Yep. It's the tacit or implicit threat of asking for a trade if things don't change. Things have to change... (or else). We all know it's implied even if the or else hasn't been said out loud yet.

It's confirmed that Dahlin and Adams met and discussed the future of the team. And that Dahlin made it clear that losing is not an option.

That's what players say to the press a year or 2 years before they ask for a trade after nothing has changed.

I'm always curious when people make comments like this. Not about Biz specifically, but about not believing what someone is reporting.

What does it mean exactly? Do you think that Biz is blatantly lying and making something up? Do you think there is some truth and he is exaggerating and filling in gaps? Or do you think he believes he is telling the truth but the person who delivered the news to him is lying?

I see reports or comments from either analysts, insiders, etc --- "I don't believe anything he says." Mirtle, Pagnotta, etc. The idea that they're just straight up lying to me is more outlandish. Maybe they're misinformed and a source is playing with them?

Biz has admitted he puts out some stuff just for fun. This seems like one of those times. If it was true I’d feel terrible (more than I already do) for Sabers fans.
