I can’t imagine why it wouldn’t be.

No nudity.
Tasteful.
Nothing vulgar.

It’s an artistic rendering of an athlete, with some creative modifications.

No different than if you had a picture of another athlete with fake large arm muscles.
Just to be clear... there were no creative modifications in that picture.

I'm still nervous about this. Maybe I'm being dumb.

I'm just so convinced the way to win in the NFL now is to have a QB on a rookie contract...or have Tom Brady.

*yes I know Stafford just won, but that was an outlier IMO*

BAH
Stafford was, I think, the fourteenth highest paid QB last year. This potential Hurts deal isn't going to be that in the near term, obviously.

I would love for a team to follow the rookie contract strategy. Prior to singing Goff to that extension there were whispers of the Rams and McVay taking that approach. It's a fascinating way to build a team that I want to see attempted.

Oh look, another dog shit primetime game. When was the last decent primetime game? And no, last Monday doesn't count

Maybe, maybe not. The structure here is going to be fascinating because the franchise tag is likely to be in the 31 MM range.

I really don’t see the benefit of doing one now, but maybe he’s willing to take less than I think he would today. Generally no one signs early unless they get starter money. That’s something like 5/180-190 right now. To me, it feels like the team is taking on the risk at that point. I would want to see a full year of improvement because I know I’ve got him under contract for one year and then have the tag.

Bingo. I know Jalen looks clearly improved, but I don't want Howie to do his normal Howie thing and lock his guy up early hoping to save on dollars later if they reach their full potential. Same thing they did with Wentz, but Wentz was an MVP candidate of course. I'm fully on-board letting Jalen play his deal out and tagging him if need-be.

If Jalen gives us a somewhat sweetheart deal, then fine - I'm in (barring his progression is real). But I can't shake the idea that paying a QB the money they get now is almost as detrimental to the team's construction moving forward as it is helpful...cheaper QBs are the key to it all for me (since Nick Foles' don't just grow on trees of course).

I'll have to sit down and do a breakdown of where the starting QBs who went to the SB fell that year in total cap hit. Maybe it'll disprove my current stance.

There are 31 more regular seasons games left that Hurts is under contract for. He's played well against the three absolute mutts he has faced but the more info we get on him the more informed decision can be made. They regretted that Wentz deal almost immediately after it was signed, which is a recent example on how bad it could blow up in your face.

The Wentz and Hurts comps I keep reading are borderline obsessive. Wentz was an MVP candidate of course.
