Sco Justin with a combined 13.22 points in the fantasy playoffs. I'm never picking this guy again so long as there isn't a coaching change. Never

Even so, I squeaked by thanks to the blizzard in Buffalo and Justin Fields. If I lost this one, I would have "moved on" to the toilet bowl. Losing that means paying for food at the draft. Whew

On a scale of 1 to Douche Canoe, How big of a jackass am I if pickup and drop 13 QB’s tomorrow (the amount of available starters available)?

In our league a player has to pass through a bid night before he can be picked up. My opponent has Minshew and Carr as his QB’s. So any QB I picked up and dropped would be “burned.”

Now that’s kind of all predicated on Hurts coming back this weekend and forcing him to play Carr against the 49ers.

It’s a loophole in the rules that I’ve thought about quite frequently over the years, haha. I don’t think I could ever do it but it’s tempting. Karma would 100% get me too.

That's just called winning

I won on the bench points tiebreaker 27-23 because he kept Taylor on his team.

Things you love to see: that.

Figured this had to have something to do with it.

I haven't played Fantasy is years, but I definitely pulled this move when I was playing. When I was in college I was in a league that my brother put together and the winner got a pretty penny. The person I was playing needed a TE and I waited the whole week for him to pick one up, but he never did. I came back from the bar on Thursday night and proceeded to pick up and drop about 20 TEs. Everyone in the league got real pissed. I understand being mad about it, but there was a few K on the line. It isn't like we were just playing for fun.

To me, I'm with Herm. Given the situation, you play to win the game. The move is within the rules and guidelines outlined when the season started, don't get mad at me for utilizing them to my advantage. Get mad at yourself for putting yourself in the position to get taken advantage of.

I am so unbelievably attempted to pick up all of those QB's leaving him with Minshew who may not even be playing.

1st place gets $1900 and 2nd place gets $800.

We already wink wink agreed to split the money in some capacity but...

Apparently the contract language in Carr's deal prevents him from being cut/released if he can't pass a physical so he's probably done for the year and being released at some point in the off-season. As long as they have him not perform any official 'football/team duties/practices' where he could theoretically claim an injury they can cut him at any point in the off-season if he passes a physical.

So I am in a very deep 12 team league with 2 starting QBs per team which leaves little room for error. I am in the semi-finals and have Mahomes and Hurts and have picked up Minshew and Stidham for what may be the championship game. Question is do I start Hurts, Minshew, or Stidham on Sunday? I don't think Hurts is playing but I can't risk getting a zero at QB so I am considering starting Stidham over Minshew and Hurts to avoid any possibility that it is a true game time decision and I start the wrong Eagle. Thoughts?

Inactives are announced around 11:30 for 1PM games so very likely you'll know then if Hurts is playing. I can't imagine that they'll have Hurts on the active roster if they're not going to play him. Now that obviously isn't ironclad but... even if Hurts is active i'm sure Schefter or someone will say prior to 1PM who the starter will actually be.
