He walked into Carolina’s huddle. It was 4th & 27 & Carolina was about the punt the ball back to Pittsburgh. But Allen walked into the huddle & took a 15 yard penalty unsportsmanlike penalty which came with an automatic first down to give Carolina a fresh set of downs.
