My question was posed before times came out but since then we’ve seen Houston/Cleveland at 4:30 on Saturday and Dallas/Green Bay 4:30 on Sunday.

I wonder if I'd be able to distinguish between the mayo and molten cheese in a bite of that sandwich. Probably not.

Are you spreading mayo on the roll? In that case, I'd probably notice a texture difference. Might help keep the bread from getting soggy.

At least I means that if they manage to win they’ll play Sunday in the divisional round and I can go to the Flyers/Avs game in peace on Saturday.

Absolutely.

I typically find cheesesteaks to be too dry, even with the liquid-ish cheese. That’s where the mayo and/or ketchup comes in, not so much for taste but for lubrication.

Worst thing is when they put the cheese on top so it all comes off on the f***ing wrapping paper.
