I'm sure the two esteemed Bulldogs fans will eventually chime in. But the gist was that he doesn't have the hip flexibility that would make it outside at the NFL. He just wasn't smooth. Perhaps he's better at safety long term.

100%. Excellent straight line speed. Great ball skills, great tackler. He's sound in his technique. He just doesn't have that flexibility of a great corner, especially if you want him in trail coverage across the middle.

It was before my time, but the paramedic/fire/hospital show Emergency from 70s was airing in syndication and it's not like they had to have Earthquakes, terrorist attacks, massive floods, etc... It was just "Ok, here's a car accident... Here's a fire... Here's a kid who fell into a sink hole in a yard"

Even “Cops” was largely boring filler like 90% of the time. Like here’s some drug addict with multiple warrants out for their arrest, they say a few wild shit but ultimately are arrested with no incident. Every once in a while you get a car chase or some shit.
