I would very much like to know who refuses to change the offense. They’re clearly trying to do almost all of the same things they did last year and I don’t believe everyone in the building is stubborn enough to fail to see the problems. So is it Sirianni? Is it Johnson? Is it Hurts? Is it all three? I don’t know how to even approach the topic other than to say they need new ideas. Not the old ones. Those still exist.

His draft profile was more so hope & prayers on raw physical talent. He wasn’t really a good college player which more times than not those types just don’t hit. He had a 56% completion percentage in college for example.
