The super energetic guy that usually wears a cut off? Been trying to figure it out since last season.

Kyle Hamilton is currently the best Safety in football. I will never understand how his drop happened. Never.
They killed that draft. I was so jealous at the time and I'm still jealous. Zigged when everyone else zagged. Literally the best center prospect in forever and the safety prospect who was really impressive but it's a safety so let's fade him.

Of all the shit talkers, Deebo talked the most shit for 9 months, and rung you up. They played with fire and got burned by your most serious threat. They get to spend sometime figuring out how to respond, because if they don’t they are on the road for the playoffs.
I like you GKJ, but anyone who watched that game in January knew they couldnt block the Eagles. I expected a loss but not to this degree. Oh well, come on Lamar.

Everybody knew what they were about after that game. This was the 49ers Super Bowl. They were big whiny bitch boys and then proceeded to just walk all over you. Last year is last year though. Their moxie and savvy were never going to be enough, and they’re not going to tell themselves the 49ers had more rest, even if there’s truth to that.

I didn’t doubt the 49ers could win one game here, but I don’t know about two. But they will if they don’t get tougher and meaner quite frankly. They should’ve responded after Big Dom got his haves dirty.

If the Eagles get the bye and play at Linc, who do you expect to win as a neutral observer? As I posted on the football forum, Seattle killed Minnestoa (they were home in the regular season) in the 2015 season worse than this. Though they met in the playoffs and if Blair Walsh could hit a field goal less than 30 yards they win. Im sure there are others scenarios. They just need to get to bye, though probably need to count on Lamar now who is only has 1 loss against the NFC in 6 years. That coming against the Giants of all teams .

I said over there that they they gotta start fast and quick, and hope they outlast just enough. Almost the opposite of how their scripts have gone. They lost this game kicking field goals when the 49ers started slow. The urgency was never there until it had to be. You can’t keep doing that because eventually it’ll be too late.

The key to the 49ers losses this year is that they got behind. Brock Purdy has the best rating in the league playing from ahead, and the worst when playing from behind. I like him but he hasn’t had to win many tough games. He’s maybe won two? One was when he was awful against Dallas in the playoffs, who were playing their 4th road game in a row? Make life tough for him.

All of this QB talk is framed terribly. The question is not whether X or Y is a good QB. It’s whether or not you want to give them the ~45+ AAV on a second contract. Good and on a rookie deal is fine. Good and given that contract is generally not enough.

(But also stop even considering giving these good but not great rookie scale QBs MVP hype. It’s embarrassing.)

*Edit* Thursday is Pats-Steelers without Pickett. OH GOD

Don't worry, this loss will light a fire under them. They'll come out super duper strong against Dallas next week in the biggest game of the season.

This team always plays its best in big moments. Every week they show us their championship DNA. Born winners
