Definitely not a Hold. Sweat uses a Rip move, which means restrictions that come from it can't be Holding unless the OL is clearly behind the rusher. Otherwise you'd just use it on every play.

The obvious hold was Carter getting held on the run play on 1st down. I'm fine with no-holding calls, as long as it's called even on both sides.

Behind does not mean has a foot further up the field after they're already engaged. That's why he lets go when Sweat is clear and he no longer has any position between the rusher and the QB. If he keeps holding on, it's a Penalty.
