This all reminds me of the Madden ~2010 days where prospects had those polygon graphs for all the athleticism traits. I'd pick solely based on those for the later rounds. Fun stuff

What Chinatown said, but it’s not going to be disappointing. State champ in the 100 and long jump. If you go back to Feldman’s freaks lists, the thought was that he had the capability to run sub 4.3 at 210 lbs. They had him lasered at 2.39 in the first 20 of a 40. That puts him well within 4.2X capability.

What position is he gonna end up playing?

Whichever one gets him drafted by the Eagles, hopefully.

I do think the Safety projection is cleaner because he played at Iowa. But he can play anywhere. He’s very eye heavy (looking at the QB a high percentage of the time). Phil Parker (Iowa DC) wants these guys in Zone and making plays, so he’s doing what the scheme asks him to do. But the NFL will want him to Press more. He’s big and athletic, so it shouldn’t be a problem. But he does have to learn it if he’s going to stay outside.

Should I watch him or Wiggins next? I've only seen some of Tampa and the Alabama guys.

I mean if they draft him he literally covers every position in the secondary that they need. Which isn't saying much as I realize that the entire secondary needs a revamp.

Quinyon just to be disappointed that they won't be able to draft him. It's really analogous to all the Swedish prospects you watch and know that the Flyers with will never draft.

Any wing estimates? I know some freak out there did trig with the shadow his arms casted looking at his film lol

4.3 in the realm of 4.2 at 210 is stupid. Get it done Howie

You should watch the guy that interests you because that’s all that matters. Keep it fun, not work.

Wiggins is fast and tiny with some physical stuff that needs to be cleaned up. More efficiency than flash. If you want to see him make WRs quit, watch the UNC game.

DeJean is more of a big, physical playmaker. Also an excellent Punt Returner.

What are independent hands? Is it the opposite of tight ankles?

In college, you can generally get away with punching rushers with two hands simultaneously in pass pro. Because rushers are so good up a level, they’re more likely swipe away or get you to miss entirely and then you have no follow-up. As a term and teaching technique, it was pioneered by Paul Alexander, who coached the Bengals’ OL for ~25 years.
