I just caught up on my people's end. I have some vague awareness of two of these guys. They're both guys I want very much. Coleman and Sainristil.

Sainristil in particular. If you recall my nonstop raving about Diablo, then you may know this is exactly my kind of guy. Not the "ballhawk" guys playing an athletic game that wont translate. The thinking dudes who fine tune the defense, read plays, and tell the guys around them what they should do. It indicates many things to me. Good instincts and confidence in them; good knowledge of the sport; and from college on, I figure these have to be the guys that are putting in work studying their opponents and actually doing it well. The football nerds.

For years I've watched as they draft flashy guys who are dumb as rocks and go nowhere in the pros. They've lacked someone who might be able to run a D on the since... probably London Fletcher?

So is this Hunt guy in the Nolan Smith mold? Speaking of which, how much will the latter be used next year and in what way? I’m really hoping Jordan Davis can take a big step forward next year, and Smith shows why he was taken in the 1st. On paper the Eagles could have a very good defense of the young guys are legit

I think I'd prefer Malik Washington over any of the WR on that list, at this point. Need that slot guy.

I'd be fine with Cedric Gray as well.

Sucks the 4ths are at the back end of the round.

Pratt over Rattler?

Rattler is the only draftable QB on the board for me.

Washington, Cowen, and Rice are all Slot guys to me. Obviously completely different types of Slots.

If it's none of those 3 and Franklin goes early as expected, I think I'd wait until the 7th and take a flyer on Isaiah Williams or try to make Dylan Laube into a Slot.

I understand their attraction to Johnny Wilson on some level, but if he doesn't use the size well, doesn't run routes particularly well, and gives you nothing after the catch, that's just not where I ever want to be. My biggest personal red flag for any type of WR is lack of YAC success. I don't believe anyone can project those guys accurately.

I'd be pretty surprised if Mahogany is targeted today.

I can't help but think they might even double up on the interior with Mahogany + Bortolini. If available, of course.

Quinyon Mitchell: A+ grade
Cooper DeJean: A grade
Jalyx Hunt: C grade... maybe C+, just because i feel like giving Howie the benefit of the doubt here with how good the rest of the draft has been.

Assuming that they keep all 3 of these 4th rounders, my predictions for that round would be LB (Trott Jr, Cedric Gray), WR (A. Smith, Brenden Rice) and OL. (no idea... Mahogany, maybe?)

I think if Rattler is there with their first pick today they'll take him. Not sure if that's good or bad that's just what I think they're gonna do.
