Fabulous. So happy for the community that was blatantly getting f***ed over

Does anyone even use the Gallery anymore? Only reason I'd walk through there was to get to R2L and the chef closed that place lol
sort of...seems like the stores that get most of the traffic are the ones at the same level as the train station, Burlington and Ulta...least that's what i tend to obse4rve on my walk through there every day to work

Another pass througher... that place is so dead

Still, I'm sure Comcast will find a way to make it worse
I thought their proposal for a medical research facility was actually a decent idea. Upper floors research offices, with the lower floor or two remaining a retail gallery. Implementation is key, of course, but it sounded like it could actually help to revitalize the Fashion District. Still runs the risk of spurring gentrification in Chinatown, though.

So the Press Release is out and Comcast is buying a minority stake in the Sixers.

The only way one can take this even remotely seriously is to figure that because tomorrow night's game against the Knicks is on national TV we'll see a much different lineup then.
