Glad for the win. That's what their fans get for trying to jinx us in the GDT. I jinxed them back on their thread so HA!
Happy to see Richards finally pot a goal there. I thought he looked a bit better than he has the past couple of games. Besides that one goal, Quick was great. Good game overall. Just gotta work on the turnovers still.
Also, Kopi had a real nice headlock at the end there
Kopi just wanted to get Backes involved in the celebration.

So much = great from tonight but my favorite is JW laughing at the Blues.
Two more points and to me, tonight was an important game beyond that though. We needed to be able to punish the bLose and we did. We had to show them that they are nothing to us in case we face them in the playoffs again. What a bunch of gutless garbage from the same team that showed the same gutless garbage last season too.

I honestly didn't mind anything they did but that Backes hit was late and unnecessary. I understand he finished his check but if you re-watch it, the puck was basically in the net by the time he hit him.

To me the late hit and the whole boarding thing that is just typical bLose antics was enough to keep them securely locked down as a garbage team that is prone to tantrums and cheap play when things don't go their way but no biggie.
1:00 mark watch halaks foot on the post then after carter hits the net it goes up.
I was on the Blues board and they caught something I didnt, When carter cross-checks the net halaks foot gets pushed forward allowing richards to score!
