We should have won. period. they had control the entire game and they let is lip away from them in the 3rd. Its such a shame that quick played arguably his best game of the season only to lose. Its just like last year before carter.

It also doesn't help when the bounces just don't go your way. Guess we got to move on whether you want to or not.
 
Best game I have seen Letemin play. He was great and while I hate losing hats off to the guy and on to the next game. Not only did we have 40 shots but some of them were dandies.

Exactly what I came to post.

Sorta like that DET game with Howard earlier. Stuff happens, learn from it, move on. Come out on fire vs. the Canucks.

The Stars play a lot like a TM team. So that would have quite a bit to do with us having trouble with them, as that was a system our guys didn't quite grasp themselves.
 
considering how the phoenix game went i guess this game balance things out. hopefully dallas doesnt make the PO cause its the second game where lethonen stole it. everybody looked good except for brown, he sucked balls.
 
The night has been made better after seeing Mike Smith get run by Alex Edler. The Cryotes got a 5 min major, then took back to back penalties that wiped out the major...and they lost 2-1 !
 
Great game by Lehtonen. Tons of puck luck for the rest of that squad that is pretty much average at best.

Stars playing on the 2nd night of a back-to-back, with a goalie who started last night... Kudos to the Stars for bringin' it all game long.

Kings should have won that and can only blame themselves for not executing.
 
Nick Nickson has a trivia question on Kings Talk. There have been 9 Gary's who played for the Kings. Only one of them played his entire career with the Kings. Which one?

Yep. Needed more traffic in front of the goalie, made it too easy at times for him to see the puck.

Was at the game. The game began and ended with Lehtenon. The radio announcers for the Kings stated on the post game show if Lehtenon's not playing Dallas isn't even in the game in the third. The Kings were living in Dallas' zone the entire second period.

When we couldn't convert, at that point, I knew it was going to be one of those games. Kudos to Lehtenon, masterful performance.

Talking about Kings Talk, some clown got on and started *****ing about how Bernier should have played tonight.

I mean, really? Quick got ****ed over by our defenseman's skate and a 3 on 1 and this guy is complaining?

Hey moron, let me teach you a little something about hockey. If you don't score any ****ing goals, you are not likely to win. As a matter of fact, you don't get any points. (This ain't 1975, where a 0-0 tie netted you one point.)
