Nope, Dahlin has and still holds more value, easily.
Petersson just struggled in a covid year and beginning of this year. I doubt Canucks are giving up on him this soon especially when they were so patient with Virtanen for so many years. Also Petersson has 2 pretty good seasons under his belt so he is proven as an NHL player and there are reports that his wrist injury last year maybe bothering him still. Dahlin doesn't hold much value if any over Petersson, in fact some GMs probably value Petersson more as a 1st line center who had an amazing playoffs in the bubble versus Dahlin who has yet to see the playoffs. Not sure why Dahlin is so overrated on these boards and people keep pointing at his age ever since he was playing in the NHL at age of 18. Any other young players, HFboards would write them off as bust but Dahlin is that one of a kind player that seems to get a huge leash around here even with his mediocre defensive play while Hughes got labelled as a bust as soon as he had one bad season. Will never understand the Dahlin love fest around here.

The Sabres leading scorer is Kyle Okposo let that sink in.
