Depends. If they can move Pettersson and the lockerrom issue resolves itself, absolutely not. I have zero issues offloading Pettersson to the highest bidder and going hard these next three playoffs while Miller and Hughes are underpaid.

That's what I think they should do. Quinn has been amazing this year. I'm not that big a Petey fan. I don't know what His value is with the 11.6 contract. Personally, I don't understand this gong show. Why trade either? Worry about the playoffs. Probably, Brock will be traded.

I may be in the minority here, but I like Miller and Lindholm at their current numbers with the new cap numbers coming in. People have been trashing both but they are paid like 2nd liners next year and 3rd liners the third year.

When you consider that McDavid is going to be paid DOUBLE both of them (or both of them combined on a team) you can see how 7-8 million for a 2nd line C and 4-5 for a third line C is going to be commonplace.

Miller is putting up a point per game in his last 6 games while taking key faceoffs, fighting, and blocking shots at the end of games to secure wins.

Believe it or not, I don't have an issue trading Miller to Colorado, nor do I think most Canuck fans. Playoffs seem like a distant dream with all the crap surrounding our team this year.

Trades are fun, so that would be great! Maybe both EP and Miller have new clubs soon? I just see more chances after the season is done. More clubs clear cap and get started building for next season. Flyers cleared off Farabee. Other clubs will do the same.
