Stay off the weed!Buffalo is probably asking for EP and Quinn Hughes now. Biggest trade of the century. Power Cozens Byram Krebs Ostlund Rosen 2025 and 2026 first.

That's not what you said though? You are saying getting rid of all of them this season. This isn't replacing peanuts. Replacing players like that takes years. Replacing a player like Quinn takes generations. Getting rid of them is fine, but if you are just going to bin it on Quinn, then prepare for another 50 years + of no cups.Im not worried about Quinn Hughes in July 2028.
In worried about keeping him now. And building an actual contender.
Nils Hoglander
Phil Di Guiseppe
Danton Heinen
Linus Karlsson
Max Sasson
Noah Juulsen
Vinny Desharnais
Derek Forobort
Carson Soucy

There's over 10 roster spots already in need of an upgrade on the current roster.
The best two forwards are feuding and one is likely traded for a song here anyday now.
Boeser is a UFA seeking 7+ probably.
Demko is struggling badly and 1 year from UFA.
I do not care if on paper we get worse and Quinn gets unhappy. We have an opportunity to shed alot of longterm commitments only this silly season would afford. We need to be smart. Cant just br Miller needs to be thr whole lot, imo.
Aquire a warchest of ammo so WE are the team thats in on Miller's and Pettersson's and Boeser's when they become available.
Normally yes, but Quinn is a player who can drag your team to a Stanley Cup. The guy is a generational talent on Defense. Players like Quinn don't come often, they never come to Vancouver either. And what's the plan? To just yeet him out? I am not even a Canucks fan. I've lived in Vancouver my whole life, so I know the team very well over the last 35 years. The idea that some Canuck fans think trading Quinn and or not realizing building around him and using his prime years right now to push for a cup, the city has never had, is just asinine. You can't base your entire strategy around one player at the detriment of a long term path to being a consistent contender. If Hughes isn't willing to be captain and struggle for a few more years, than he clearly isn't that interested in staying to begin with.
I never said trade him. Its totally up to him if he chooses to resign or leave. A player isnt supposed to be able to control what happens with team management.Normally yes, but Quinn is a player who can drag your team to a Stanley Cup. Does anyone know what exactly the rift is? Is it an on ice thing, off ice? Are they both being unreasonable?

Can someone help a brother out? What is the actual issue here?
Is Miller an A hole and had a (or massive) massive arguments with EP40?
Did EP40 sleep with millers wife?
Does one skate with the team while the other is scratched and they can't even travel on the same plane?
Are they on the same practice rink with each other at all?
Why trade both? Wouldn't it be better to choose if your Vancouver? Keep one and trade one?
The issue is that ultra-competitive asshole is just as guilty with his own sulky less than inspired play for long stretches. That's when that type of personality really becomes exhausting to deal with. You see it every team sport at every level and honestly in every work place. Even beer league you deal with that type of guy. You put it up with it for a few seasons because when he's on you are unstoppable. But eventually you start to realize you aren't looking forward to the next game when role-call is taken on the group text and that guy says he is in for the game. And then you are happy when they say they are out.JT Miller is an ultra competitive asshole who gets on teammates and Pettersson is the guy who is in his crosshairs due to his soft inconsistent play.
Both are at fault.
Pettersson for underplaying.
JT Miller for thinking he is Michael Jordan.

According to Dhaliwal, The Colorado Avalanche might be in on the Miller sweepstakes.
Dhaliwall says Colorado was interested in Miller 2 years ago where the centre piece of the trade was Newhook + Byram for Miller.

Like any workplace....when the jerks are on vacation you have a much better and more productive week.
That might be the worst one yet!EP40
For
Mikael Granlund
Fabian Zetterland or Quentin Musty
Sj 2025 2nd
Both teams should be happy walking out of the meeting room, SJ gets the best player in the deal, Van gets 2C replacement at cheap plus a promising young prospect. I think value wise it is very close given the situation Van is in.

Press "x" for doubtMiller to Colorado would be sooo deadly, and it would also explain why they walked away from Rants soo easily.
return would be something like
To Van: Mittlestadt, Calum Ritchie, Girard, draft pick
1. Mercer, 2. Mittlestadt, 3. Chytil, 4. Kotkaniemihow would people rank and rate the following players based on teams reportedly interested in Miller. Who is the best out of these....
Mercer
Mittlestadt
Chytil
Kotkaniemi
Don't see Girard there and not sure Avs would trade RitchieMiller to Colorado would be sooo deadly, and it would also explain why they walked away from Rants soo easily.

You feel a lot of things about the Canucks. I still haven't figured out what the Canucks did to make some fans so butthurtI feel like Vancouver has spent a ton of time looking at the Kevin lowe model on how to run a team into the ground.
