Near where sand and waves meet.
Who cares about .500, just get a f***ing win.
A win in an individual game is interesting im the grand scheme is moderately interesting.. Where the pt% and therefore likely pts at the end of the season matters is looking across an entire season. At the 20 game mark we're guaranteed to be below .500 ... so below an 82 point pace for the season. At or above .500 when the team has 75% of the season to reach the playoffs matters.

Getting back to an 82 point pace by game 41 is 1.167 points per game ... 14-10-0 in the next 24 games. 40-20-5 from here on out gets the team to 98 points. That means if we climb up to .500 at the midway point versus the 1/4 point ht team has to go 26-10-5 i the last half of the season throughout the last half. Not sucking the first 20 matters.

"It's just going to take some time" is showing very little brain function at this point.

Might need to consider just adjusting nothing, rolling our superstars as they log huge minutes every game, and seeing if we can't get a good ping pong ball bounce. Bruno can get a U-boat commander trophy.

We have to go basically 41-24 the rest of the season just to hit 95 points. There's no way this group can do that.

All this money suck in to vets just to be out of it before the 20 game mark. Crazy.

Sissons this year:

16 games
2 goals, 0 assists
-13

That's actually quite impressive given that he has played in the top-six most of the year with roughly 15 minutes of ice-time per game.

He has more goals than Josi. And Carrier has a better +/- than Josi.

That second line is a horror show. Josi, Marchessault, and Stamkos, along with Sissons, give up goals like they are candy on Halloween. Being the center on that line isn't a favor.
