I understand what you are saying but I think anyone that says they are not great to watch is missing out.

We still have not 1 but 2 generational talents on this team that can go off at anytime. We will be lucky to get a player of their caliber again in our lifetimes.

Fortunate as a hockey fan to be able to see the like of Lemieux, Jagr, Crosby, Malkin. There are fans of the sport that will never have a player like that on their team,.......ever

I hear ya. Pens fans have been blessed.
The wife and I went to Montreal Nov 12th .....not to see the rebuilding tanking Habs, but to see the Pens. We skelped great seats ( Malkin was the best player on the ice)
Watching Sullivan unconsciously sabotage the team. Slump after slump, is what drops the legendary Pens from top go-to game.
But you are right. They are still good to watch.....but pale in comparison to past Pens teams.
Maybe 2nd half they catch lightening .....but under Sully?? highly unlikely.
