Yeah I don't know how you can rationalize not buying him out after the year. Stashing him in the AHL blocks your young goalies from getting to play in the games they need for development and keeping him in the NHL directly opposes their "be competitive" thing they've been saying.

I feel like Jarry's only up right now because Blomqvist needed a break and they're actively tanking this year.

Yeah, I'm conflicted. Jarry's definitely good for the tank but god he's so unlikable. Can't even root for an underdog, dude's just annoying.
