IMO it should be Boudreau, because he's a natural optimist that players love and bust their asses for. If we're talking about an atmosphere/motivation problem, I can't think of anyone more suited to fundamentally change this.

Yeah Bylsma got held accountable. We just hear about how everything is goaltending and Hextall’s fault because Sullivan is one of the top five coaches in the league.

Shero and Bylsma got held accountable 1-2 years too late. Shero left the team in shambles and it took a bit to rework it.

Not saying it can't be done, but when Sid and Geno are 35/36, you don't have the luxury of time.
