I continue to just be super impressed with Pickering, it's surprising to see how composed he is defensively as a 20 year old. I don't know if he'd be in the NHL if this team wasn't crap but he's really making a case that he shouldn't be going back down. He just made another great play on Mercer.

He looks like a rookie Dumoulin, but rookie Dumoulin was 24 while Pickering is 20. That said, they should be a bit cautious with his usage because you don't want to ruin his confidence.
