1. Wedgewood stole this one. Avs had no business winning this game. They got away with it tonight but they wont be able to get away with this against San Jose even. The Sharks can score and they will if you play the way you did tonight.

2. Mittelstadt had a very Mikko game. Do nothing for 50 minutes. Walk away with GWG.

3. Acquiring Lehkonen was one of the best things this franchise did. Its too bad the pro scouts cant pull that shit off anymore.

4. Nuke a beast. Should have had 4 points tonight. I dont know who the f*** is deciding personnel on the PP but no way in hell should Nuke be on PP2. Hes a PP1 player all day every day on every team in the NHL.

5. Kylington, Girard and Makar were all trash tonight. Makar being injured should shock nobody its what Frail Makar does.

Wow were the Avs bad tonight. Makar was absolutely horrid, one of his worst games of the year. But…those happen and it’s nice when the team can still pull out a win even when they’re not even close to playing their best.

I laughed hard at #2. So spot on. Mitts was absolute garbage for the entire game then happens to be in the right spot and Nuke puts one on his stick and he looks like a hero.
