This speed will be hard to match, If it works during the playoffs, which I'm sure it will, I think this will be the NHL trend for the next few years. Hopefully all others team continue to go after old school big/slow players  It'll be hard to hit players moving quickly.

What an addition Hagelin has been. It is so nice having a fast player that knows how to play hockey.

Yea, i remember some were hesitant about his cap hit but he does SOOOO much for the team. Well worth the $.

Man, Kuhn always scores BIG goals. And everyone in the building knew what was going to happen with that 2 on 1. Cullen skating with his head up the whole time didn't let Johnson cheat, which was awesome.

It's a nice feeling to not feel completely hopeless when the team is down a couple of goals these days. It's been a while since that was the case.

Remember when we went something like 2 calendar years without coming back while trailing going into the 3rd? How is it even possible to have a turnaround this dramatic?

Jettisoned a deeply flawed coaching staff and lot of below-mediocre players/negative influences from the locker room (Adams, Orpik, Scuderi), replaced them with a coach who knows how to get the best from the roster and young, fast, hungry players

I feel like I'm in a dream. I was never frustrated down 3. I just kept saying "Okay boys.. gotta get one to start this thing."

It feels good to watch this team.

And unfortunately picked up Rick Tocchet along the way.

To those wondering why we're suddenly more resilient, simply having a coach with a pulse is likely a big part of it. Sullivan has his faults but he seems very engaged at all times and I think the team feeds off it. Having ol' Dead Eyes as the coach for a year and half couldn't have been the most inspiring stretch.

Couple the coaching change with finally have some young, hungry players in the lineup and there ya go.
