I think Sullivan might kill Zegras. He's the antithesis of "play the right way"

Zegras is also not very good so I wouldn't blame Sullivan for that one tbh.

On Puljujarvi, if Sullivan isn't going to play him, I'd probably dangle him at Vancouver in a Hoglander deal to see if you could lessen the pick needed for Hoglander. I'd obviously rather keep Puljujarvi, but I'd rather have someone who Sullivan would actually play.

Sorry for the lame question but I figured you guys are pretty smart and can offer the best advice. I cut the cord a while back but have the SNP360 app I watch on my phone. I'm looking to upgrade my Tv and wanted to know what to look for so I can watch games on the Tv via the app. Thanks!

I don’t think many smart TVs or gaming systems have it yet. Just get a fire stick and watch it through that on your TV.

With Vancouver wanting both a dman and a potential center replacement for Miller, I really wish we still had Eller. Pettersson+Eller for Hoglander+1st as a base would be really nice. If I'm Dubas, I'm still dangling Pettersson and any of our centers for Hoglander+1st, even if we have to add something small on the back end to get the 1st.

I'd love a deal like Pettersson (retained) + Acciari + 3rd for Hoglander+1st.

Bunting-Hayes-Puljujarvi

That's a fairly deep forward group all things considered.

Hoglander's value dropping very game as well., -2 already today. Dude is cooked in vancouver

Yeah, he's the type of player we should be taking a flyer on over the Kevin Hayes / Noel Acciaris of the world.

I kinda hate that he comes with the contract he has though.

If you move Accari and Pettersson and play pickering. You still gain on cap. This team should be filling up with youth so you can absorb those deals.

The 4th line should be 10 mill on 30+ scrubs.

Also the ap is suppose to go up a lot, so 3mill wont be bad.

The whole idea of Hogs is pumping his stats and flipping him.

If he came here and did well why would Dubas be flipping him? His whole goal is allegedly to surround Sid with good young players before Sid retires.

It's not though. That's what they have to say, but his actions show we're rebuilding already. We're taking on bad players for picks, we're not making trades to fill obvious holes, we're not sacking an obviously bad coach, we've already traded Eller this season. All signs point to rebuilding, even if he says we're doing something different.

I love how FLS KINGS shows up to this thread of all places just to like a post about Rob Blake being an idiot. That's dedication.

Dubas & Blake have a good history of trades. Just checking up on the Pens.

King's really need a Right shot that can hit the net. Could use a Right shot forward & D really. Doughty is still out (Jan maybe?). Lewis just got injured (knee) & they don't have a history of playing Fagemo (R) or Kaliyev (L) (back from clavicle soon).

Puljujarvi would certainly fit the King's cap situation. EK would be fun & seems like a Blake move

King's put together a couple of wins after dropping to the wildcard a few days back so Blake probably out paddle boarding instead of panicking.

Rebuilding and surrounding Sid with good young players are not mutually exclusive goals though.

The Tomasino and Glass acquisitions are clear examples of what Dubas is trying to do. He didn't acquire them to pump their value to trade later. He acquired them hoping they'd find their game here and be part of the rebuild moving forward.
