Two things are equally true..."performance matters"
Two things are equally true...
1. Poulin has done absolutely nothing to stand out at the NHL level. Even on the DOC and Poolparty line, it was those two doing the bulk of the work.
2. I'd still rather see Poulin in the lineup than Nieto, Acciari, Hayes, or Beauvillier.
As I said, he was a byproduct of the work his linemates did. They were winning more puck battles, carrying play, getting opportunities on net.Poulin over his six games was one of the only positive GF% forwards on the team at 5v5 alongside his line mate Pulju and DOC at 50%. Acciari and Nieto had 0 points during that time. Poulin had an assist.
Not really sure what Poulin has to do to "stand out". His line was great.
Why? Another Dubas reclamation project…like Bemstrom trade…that’s why Poulin was sent down…
The decline is just as extreme too.Am I starting to see things or is the resemblance not uncanny

Lmao... have you heard of a guy named MIKE SULLIVAN???Tomasino should immediately be forced in the top six. And they had to drop a body so they moved down Poulin I guess.
