The whole key is to push Carter down or ideally out of the lineup. That's more impactful than adding some "sniper" like Boeser. Let's see what the retention is or not as well.

He's heavily reliant upon being a playmaker for others. It only, ONLY makes sense if you put him with guys capable of finishing in the bottom six. Who is that on the Pens roster?

I can’t believe Hextall’s grand plan was to clear $5 million in cap space… to trade for Mikael Granlund
