Hagg is terrible. I wouldn't want him on my team for free. He makes a team worse.

He actually hasn't been that bad. As long as you keep him on the third pair and 2nd PK he is decent. He blocks shot, hits and can get the puck to a forward if they are back in support. If he isn't given support, he may implode.
