no offense from Brown, but he was hammering every SJ dman he could that period. soften them up DB and some turnovers will happen later

Williams has looked like trash for weeks imo. he's turned into a fumbling, bumbling turnover machine. he's become the most indecisive with the puck that i think i've seen him in his time with LA
 
Hard to argue with the results, but I'd like to see a few less bull rushes from San Jose.

I agree, Williams hasn't looked right for a while now
 
They're targeting everyone. They're scared. And should be. **** the Sharks.

I would love nothing more than to take this game and show them how our skill matches up against their intents to injure.

Doughty has been strong so far, feeling better about his health now. Quick seems focused and angry, just how we want him. Would. Love to see Richards reincarnated.
 
The lines are all over the place... but they're working, most of the time. Giving SJ some match-up issues I guess.

Actually, I can't recall a Kings team getting this kind of punishment since the bad old days. I am amazed we are up 2-0. All on Quick. What a performance.

very true Ollie. the boys came ready to play from the start unlike the other night.

get the puck deep and tighten the gaps. don't make poor line changes and SJ rushes will be minimized. they are getting them on either a line change, or a LA turnover leading to a quick up on transition.

sutter has to keep them pumping now and not sit on a 2-0 lead to protect. get it deep and hammer them. this is LA's chance now to start inflicting some hurt on SJ for the long run

The Kings stopping the rushes is an easy fix, if you don't dump it in deep, dont change. They just need to be extra aware where they simply dump the puck.
 
I like Matt Greenes presence, one of our strongest players that wont take crap.

Also impressed this season by Voynov sticking up for himself and his teamates.

Richards looks better with Carter.
