There is no fight in this team, nor is there any intensity. I don't see this team that hates to lose that Quick was talking about. They look so damn complacent, as if they're just happy to say they got to the playoffs.

I mean, honestly, most of us needed to really check our expectations of this team after the roller coaster season they had.

worth noting... the Sharks are playing a VERY STRONG GAME, keeping the Kings out of the dirty areas. After reading 20 pages of what the Kings are doing wrong, it just should be alluded to that Todd McLellan obviously did his homework, and the 20 guys in teal are executing to a T.

All overpaid by about double what they all should be paid. As soon as Voynov and Brown got their huge payday, both of them became about 40 - 50% the players they were.

Richards? No one would take that 6 million dollar contract. He will have to be bought out, but DL won't do that. DL 'took care' of all his players after the Cup and while
admirable, it was not for the best of the teams' future.

I disagree with you. I think Lombardi knows his team has no chance to compete with a $6 million a year albatross around his beck until 2020, there is just no way he could watch this garbage this year and be content with that contract for the next six years. Dean might be loyal but he isn't stupid.

Brown's contract is not eligible to be bought out.

If we lose this round. DL really needs to stop being stubborn and break up this core.

And now he makes a save. Too little too late.

Just simply no. Completely wrong. A defensive team giving up breakaways and odd man rushes does not equal sharks doing their homework.
