We’ve come full circle - rather than other organizations trying to replicate the Belichick-Brady Pats without the key ingredients, the Pats themselves are now trying to do it.

With Vrabel still available and Meyo not having a great season but also the way he was coaching, this was basically going to be the result of their HC search. They must have been surprised to still see Vrabel available, so decided to act quickly and get him.

See what kind of staff he puts together. He's not as tied to the NE staff as BB, so see how many of his former TEN coaches he brings in. But, OC is the key hire for him.
