The BJ’s lost Gaudreau in the off-season and I’m sure there’s an extra sense of togetherness in the locker room because of it. I’m not surprised they reacted the way they did when Laine came throwing stones threw their living room window.

I don’t think it was advisable to make those comments and I’m not surprised they reacted that way either. I just think it says a lot that they didn’t choose to take the high road/accountability path.

In case anyone is wondering, Dr. Lupo is not an actual doctor who happens to be a professional gamer. And that is why you shouldn't let ai do your thinking for you.

Bruh,

What?

I'm all for brutal honesty, but he still should've kept it in the back pocket, in terms of strategy. Keep it for the day after. They came in motivated last night because of him.
Yeah but despite being "fired up" they didn't play like it. They got ahead of us in the first but when the Habs decided to play in the second they had no response. We could be talking about a 6-3 win today if Caufield and Dach converted on those chances and the discussion would be different.

Laine has a checkered past in the NHL and the last thing he should be doing is throwing shade especially when we were paid to take him on a rebuilding team. It's not like he landed a roster spot with the Florida Panthers. The Montreal media will bait him every chance they get from here on and Hughes and Machabee will have to give him a refresher in media training.

He should have answered the question differently by focusing on his own issues and how he is growing as a person and not using the opportunity to say anything other than that.

It literally states he is a professional gamer, who was brought in to try and help him.

Your point failed.

Yes,

That would be more manly.
No your chatbot mispelled his name and turned it into a medical title in a section about what has been done to help with his mental health issue, along with the canucks, a team he never played for, banning fortnite. The whole statement is the stupidest thing I've ever read. "We got a person with a terrible gaming addiction, I know lets bring in Dr. Lupo (not an actual doctor) to work on his gaming skills."

Ask your chatbot why it was dumb to include this in its summary in that section maybe that will settle it for you.

You're wrong.

It's reporting what it pulled from this site: Winnipeg Jets Paul Maurice Helping Patrik Laine Through Fortnite Trouble
It is not hallucinating or anything of the sort, it is 100% factual and it never claimed he was an actual MD in anyway, that is you who is projecting.

This was under the headline:

Efforts to Address the Problem

The hockey community responded to Laine's situation in various ways:

By the way, DrLupo was not ever actually brought in to help Laine. It was a tongue and cheek comment made by a journalist.

"Apparently they even brought Fortnite ace Dr. Lupo into practice to sit down with Laine, because he’s Dr. Lupo and he knows how to snipe. He was able to diagnose some of the technical issues, and recommended Laine land at Lucky Landing, with decent loot and not as hot of a drop."

You see what happens when you let machines do your thinking? You end up saying stupid things and defending them.

You actually believe Jets brought in drlupo to help Laine. They never did any such thing. You're a servant to bots. The whole article is parody and you're presenting it as fact. It didnt pass the first sniff test. If you actually search for refrence it refers you to another HF post saying essentially same thing. So your bot probably thought it was a valid reference. As the bots feed on their own garbage we're just going to get dumber.

Klaus Martens, Emmet Brown, Andrew Rommel Young and Mark Recchi also helped Patty with his video game addiction (E5) :sarcasm:

A strategic decision to protect Laine, according to Renaud Lavoie

According to journalist Renaud Lavoie, the withdrawal of Patrik Laine could be a strategic decision on the part of the Canadiens to avoid him suffering further blows.

Lavoie suggests that the Blue Jackets intentionally sought to physically intimidate their former teammate in retaliation for his statements.
Hey @Le Tricolore I'll take one apology for your stupid braindead comment please!

Werenski:

"For him to bash us like that, I think it's just unacceptable,"

"We were nothing but good teammates to him," Werenski continued. "For him to come in and say all that, that's bulls---. Definitely not happy about it and none of us in this room are happy about it. That speaks more about him than it does us."

"What's he thinking saying that? It's just incredible," Werenski said after agreeing there was some extra motivation through the lineup. "I've got no more time for that. I don't want to talk about Patty anymore. I hope he's all right. I just thought that was pretty ridiculous, to be honest."
